Dealing with organizational issues that seem impossible to resolve is part of what we do every day.

Case 1: Working with High Potentials in a Global Pharmaceutical Company

“...these individuals are a key point in their decision making… and our current program seems to leave them hanging….”

Key Leadership created an approach to maximize the Company’s investment in a group of high potential business professionals. In 2002, we provided a unique career definition and path designed to support retention and career planning and development.  The program has since expanded globally.

Case 2: Capturing the assets and liabilities of the work environment and culture within a large global department

“...we want to do whatever we can to make this a better place to work...and we want to measure our progress…”

Key Leadership partnered with this organization to create a research-based tool that serves as a baseline for continuous development of the climate and culture of the organization. In this project, we carefully examined the strategy, values and operating mode of the organization to define what really mattered.  We were then able to measure it.

Case 3: Working with a company in the throes of acquisition

“...we have never quite been able to get the folks in California on board, I guess it is a hopeless case…”

Key Leadership performed several vital roles: first assessing the strategic capability of the HR department, then recommending strategies to upgrade talent and processes, and finally working through a plan to clarify and resolve cultural integration at troublesome sites.

Case 4: Executive Coaching

Key Leadership’s challenge was to preserve a staff member’s achievements while helping him become more personable. With the help of The Leadership Circle, we created a plan that demonstrated to this individual why developing emotional intelligence at crucial moments was critical to his success.

Case 5: Creating and implementing a unique leader development program.

“...we want to develop a premier leadership program that is a mix of skill development and perspective building ...where do we start?”

Key Leadership was selected to forge a high profile leader development program focused on developing leaders of depth and character in the business community. Over 9 months, individuals accepted into the program were exposed to both skill development and perspective broadening experiences valued by both the participants and their sponsoring organizations.
